We are on a mission this year!

We’re still working around-the-clock to ping our sources for insight and keep up with all the news with comprehensive Stock Watch reports, updated Values & Players to target articles, tons of strategy columns, stat-based articles, updated rankings and projections, and much more including polls, chats, podcasts, blog posts, and more. 

We’ve been excited lately about all our 2013 upgrades and enhancement, and with things starting to be rolled out, we wanted to give you a quick overview of all of the intriguing changes we’ll be rolling out.

New site design – Our new site design has been a big hit with our subscribers and it’s much cleaner and easier to find what you’re looking for. 

Draft Analyzer software – Included with your subscription is a license to this award-winning software ($24.95 value!). The software is up-and-running and is significantly improved for 2013. We’re also going to roll out soon a beta version of our “Draft Guru” online program for you to check out. 

Draft Guru iPhone app – In the app store now, the Draft Guru for 2013 has been significantly upgraded this year and can be used for both MOCK and REAL drafts, accounts now for keepers, more flex positions, 2-QB leagues, and more. This app is FREE for 2013 subscribers, with a Droid version coming soon. 

Upgraded MyGuru iPhone/Droid App – We’re almost ready to roll out MAJOR upgrades to these two apps, which will allow subscribers to take the site with them on their smart phone. These apps are FREE for 2013 subscribers. 

Auction Guru (Excel) – A late addition to our offerings, this robust tool will satisfy even the most hardcore auction player. Using sophisticated technology, this tool will take our projections and you cap information and create dollar values. Most importantly, it will enable you to track your auction and will adjust $ values as the auction progresses. For example, if everyone in the auction has a QB, it will significantly lower the $ value recommendations for the remaining QBs. YOU WILL GAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE IN YOUR AUCTION WITH THIS TOOL! We are also producing for the first time a printable Auction Cheat Sheet in PDF form each Friday!

FANTASYGURU.COM NEWS FEED COMING! – We’re happy to announce that in 2013 we will be working with our friends at KFFL.com and incorporating their legendary “Hot of the Wire” news feed into our site. This is a HUGE development in that we will now have a news feed that is updated in real-time, is sortable by team, player, and much more. Most importantly, this will free us up considerably to focus on producing more content than ever.

More articles than ever – Thanks in large part to our forthcoming “News Feed” powered by KFFL, and a larger staff, we’ll be rolling out 4-5 NEW articles during the regular season. These articles will be quick-hitting articles and not overwhelming to ready. Weekly topics include Keeper/Dynasty Watch, OL Report, Weekly league/salary-cap game values, Trending Topics for the week, and more.

New Game Center Interface – Coming this September we are revamping our Game Previews to make them more concise and easier to read, and we have some exciting improvements planned with the implementation of some of our great data tools incorporated into the game centers/previews.

Projections Filtering – New this year, you can filter our projections for a variety of categories. This is already implemented, and you can for example now filter our projections to show a specific type of player. For example, you can view only players with good playoff week schedules. In season, if you’re looking for a WW QB, you can filter projections to show only WW options, ranked by projected points for the year.

Larger staff – We’ve recently hired a full-time copy editor/proofreader, and this will free us up even more to focus on content. We’d also expect our copy to be cleaner this year.
